If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you have the right to escalate the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider approved by the UK Gambling Commission. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms of Use affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law.
- Account Suspension and Closure
Park Lane Club reserves the right to suspend or close an account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of:

- Provision of false registration information
- Fraudulent activity or collusion
- Failure to complete identity verification
- Underage gambling
